Composition

Choice profession it is one of major moment of life for each of us. It’s decision can change your life. Somebody think that it moment have no importance, but they deal big mistake. These choice supports your future, and people who know what profession they want learn have such as more success than other. I can explain it easily. People who make a decision for their career have some more time for training for entering at the university or other educational place.

Hello, mynameisDrew(Изменит по необходимости), I’mpupilofsixthform (Изменит по необходимости). My friends say, that I very associative and friendly, also they say that I can take a part in almost every conversation. It means that my knowledge luggage rather big, and I have big vocabulary too. Teachers mark that I can organize my comrades. Also they notice my marks, and say that I demonstrate good example for other pupils.

I strive for work with people, because sometimes somebody needs help. I often see people who need some support in their truly hard job. I take management as a career, cuz I think it is more than anything else conforms to my life style.

I so much love my native city, that I want get education of manager. I wanna do it because people who work in this profession do so much good for others. They control production process and watch for workers comfort. Cuz if they fill them good, they can do their job much better.

Good manager must be like Danko and light path for other by his heart. He must do all his best, and do it best he can for others good. I regular do something good for people who round me. In school I always try to take the hardest work in common deal – control my schoolmates, because some wants do nothing for common and my mission give them some stimulus.

Nowadays profession of manager is very important for society. And think that I do right choise.

One certain day after the lecture on the UK taxation system the Group was to visit the Tax Department of a lawyers' firm in the centre of London., Mr. Hill and the participants went there by tube which is the fastest means of transport when one wishes to move in the center of the city. After they got into the building of the firm they went to the secretary's office.

Mr. Hill: Good afternoon.

Secretary: Good afternoon, sir.

Mr. Hill: My name is Hill and here is the Group of Russian busi­nessmen. We have got an appointment with Mr. Brown for three.

Secretary: Mr. Brown is waiting for you in the conference room. Follow me, please.

In the conference room a few Englishmen were waiting for the Group. Mr. Brown, Head of the Department, welcomed the Group and introduced his colleagues. They were solicitors and legal assistants of different offices. Each of them spoke about his scope of business for some time. Thus the participants had some information on com­mercial taxes, international taxes, Project Finance taxes and other taxation matters.

A lot of questions were asked and answered then. The discussions were very useful and informative. Before the participants left they were offered latest Tax Guides containing current tax rates and tax saving hints.

Company A's Corporation Tax for 1996 is GBP 2,000,000x33%= GBP 660,000


Example 2. Small companies rate of tax CompanyВ has ac­counts year ending 31 December 1996. It has taxable profits for the year of GBP 150,000. It has no associated companies. Company B's Corporation Tax for 1996 is GBP 150,000x25%= GBP 37,500
